Green Lease Certificate Issuance Announcement
Yes Oto Kiralama ve Turizm Yatırımları A.Ş. (Enterprise), our company exports green lease certificates based on management contracts with a nominal value of up to 1,000,000,000 TL (One Billion Turkish Lira), in Turkish Lira, with different maturities, and rents these lease certificates to be sold domestically to private and/or qualified investors. Our issuance ceiling application made to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) on 24.07.2023 for certificate issuances was approved on 27.10.2023, and the CMB Approved Issuance Certificate was approved by the Capital Markets Board (CMB) on 24/02/2022. Intermediary, Sustainable Debt Instrument, Green Lease Certificate, Framework Document prepared in accordance with the Sustainable Lease Certificate Guide (Guide) and international standards, Second Party Opinion stating that the Framework Document is compatible with the Guide and international standards, and the legal risk of the transactions that will form the basis for the issuance. The Legal Situation Assessment Report regarding whether it is valid or not is attached. We present it to the public.
